Meltzer Mandl Architects of New York City designed this through-block development which has been described as An Oasis in Brooklyn. Twin building frontages, on Vanderbilt and Clermont Avenues, demark facades comprised of window wall, colored spandrel glass and metal panels. Overall building masses are also articulated by changes in height as well as by modulated changes to the rhythm of window openings along the façade. An inner courtyard has been provided with a large reflecting pool and landscaped area.
